Our Reservation &Application Process
We are glad you've decided to reserve/purchase one of our beloved animals! We know it will bring you much joy for many years to come! When you purchase an animal from us, you are also getting our ongoing support. We always want our customers and any animal we provide to have the best life together. You are always welcome to reach out to us with any questions or concerns and we will do our best to help!
Apply for Puppy or Bunny
To apply for one of our animals, please submit an inquiry through our contact form to let us know which animal you are interested in by litter, name, gender and color description and then please share with us some general information about yourself, your experience with said animal (puppy or bunny), your set-up for the (puppy, bunny), your intentions and plans for the life of the (puppy, bunny), your daily home life/schedule and any questions you have for us about (said animal) and its care and future with you.
This gives us a glimpse into where our animals will be going and how they will be living and cared for day-to-day. This is important to us as we raise each animal with the utmost of love, care, and attention, doing our best to prepare each animal to be a wonderful addition for their future families. We want to be sure that the families they go to are also doing all they can to provide the most loving, caring and responsible homes for our animals.
Our Reservation Policy
Reservations of any of our animals are first come first serve. To reserve a (puppy, bunny) that is currently "Open for Reservation", please first complete our "Apply for a (Puppy, Bunny)" section above by completing our designated contact form and providing the requested information.
A deposit will officially reserve a (puppy, bunny) for you. Deposits for "available" puppies start when the puppies are a minimum of 4 weeks old and deposit amount is $500. Deposits on bunnies begin at a minimum of 4 weeks old and deposit amount is $50. The deposit amount goes toward the total purchase price of the (puppy, bunny) and will be applied accordingly. --- For example, if the total price of a puppy was $2,500 and you put down a $500 deposit, you would then owe the remaining $2,000 to be paid at or prior to pick-up or delivery. ---
Deposits are non-refundable and will hold your place for (puppy, bunny) of your choice. *Deposits will be refundable ONLY IF a puppy becomes unavailable due to death, or unforeseen illness or accident - prior to take-home-date - that make it unfit for placing AND you have no further interest in a current or future puppy from us.* OTHERWISE, if said event happens, and you still have an interest in a different puppy, your deposit may be transferred to another available puppy, or a puppy from a future litter.
